Meet Your Retreat Facilitators

  • Cat is an E-RYT 500 Yoga Instructor and YACEP through Yoga Alliance. She currently serves as the General Manager and Yoga Director at TruFusion Colorado and is the Founder of Kintsugi Yoga. Cat is a local Lululemon ambassador who leads powerful yoga classes, workshops, and teacher training programs across the country and yoga retreats around the world.

Cat has a deep passion for learning. She has completed 1000+ hours of training in Vinyasa, Power, Aerial, Himalayan Kriya, Meditation, Yin, & Trauma Informed Yoga.

Cat's teachings primarily stem from the Himalayan region of India. She is a dedicated student of Kriya Yoga, the yoga of "evolutionary action". The classes and sound baths she leads help to free the mind from the bondage of our moment to moment consciousness.

Cat is a trained psychedelic harm reduction and integration coach with a passion for sharing the healing benefits of sacred plant medicine.

Step into the arena with Cat and experience the transformative power of yoga on and off your mat.

  • Callie is an RYT 500 instructor and assistant yoga director at TruFusion. She loves bringing challenge, balance, fun, and acceptance in to each of her classes. Callie teaches power vinyasa, yin, trigger point recovery, and hot yoga classes at TruFusion and believes in the power of finding confidence through stillness.

She found yoga after a debilitating injury at age 25 when she shattered her right leg in a bicycle accident. Yoga allowed Callie to build back strength and joy after two surgeries and she discovered the power of her breath for the first time.

Callie is also passionate about the subtle body and the energies within and around us; she is a Level 2 Reiki Practitioner. Originally from the Ozarks, Callie is a freelance brand manager who's always looking to explore more around Denver with her husban, Seth. When she is not on her mat, expect to find her with her two dogs, Macaroni and Ziti, working in her yard, or skiing in the mountains!
